Israel and the Jewish Spirit.
There is a biblical connection between Jewish people and the land of Israel. Like Abraham in Genesis throughout history Jewish people have come from all over the world to find sanctuary in Israel. The relationship between individual Jewish people and their homeland is complex. Israel's impact on the world includes core Jewish values, which make up the foundation of the modern Jewish State and influence the ideology of other nations. In addition, Israeli advances in renewable energy, agricultural innovation, and medical breakthroughs improve the quality of life for people all over the world.
Has Israel made it possible for Jewish people to fit into the contemporary world with pride?
What role does Israel play in the identity of Jews living outside of Israel?
What is the role of Diaspora Jews in relation to the modern State of Israel?
